To get pricing
to your customer
you will need to
sign in to the
wholesale site
and search for
the item. You
can also call

we’ll be glad to
help you with
the pricing of
the items in
stock.
How does
my
customer
place an
order on
the
Client
Portal?
The
Client Portal
does not have a
shopping cart
showing.Your
customer will
contact you with
items they are
interested in.
It’s important
for your
customer to
realize
that the
website image
does not
necessarily
represent the
color or size
options
currently in
stock.
Again, you can

updated stock
availability and
to place orders.
Is all of
the
inventory
in the
Client
Portal
available
for
purchase?
All items are
available for
purchase, but
not all
variations
(stain, wood
type, finish,
etc.) are
available.
Are you
currently
making
deliveries?
Yes, depending
on your location
and order size,
we can either
deliver the
items ourselves
or with one of
our partner
shippers.
Shipping quotes
will be handled
by your Circa
Loft sales
representative.
Precautions will
be arranged for
touch-free
delivery.
How
quickly
can you
get it
to me?
Due to current
restraints, we
are doing
shipment
consolidations
once a week.
Average delivery
times are 7-21
days at this
time, depending
on order size
and location.
Local pick up at
our High Point
warehouse is
also available
by appointment.

drop
ship?
One of our
shipping
partners does
drop shipping to
the East Coast.
Other locations
will vary based
on location and
order size.
